Krishna Chaitanya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Markapur

The College can accommodate 250 students with a capacity of 48 rooms. Different rooms accommodating 2 per room, 3 per room, and a toilet facility are available. Suite rooms with modern furniture and a separate study room are also available.

Krishna Chaitanya Institute of Technology and Sciences has a girl's hostel with a capacity of about 150 students with 32 rooms. There are all the basic facilities available for the students.

The college's medical services are available with doctors and ambulances as well. Serious cases can be transferred to the nearest hospital by the college.

The College library has a collection of more than 14000 volumes. It has a collection of about 19 Journals and 900 E-journals. It has a collection of 600 copies of books It is equipped with automated library Software. 

The College maintains a full-fledged sports activity centre which provides the necessary facilities for conducting Sports and Games. The College has very good playfields for conducting outdoor games like Basketball, Badminton, Tennis, Cricket, Kabaddi, Hockey, Football, Volleyball, and Athletics events. 

The college has a cafeteria that is open to students, staff, and any other visitors to the campus. It serves a quality and wholesome diet to the students. Its area is well suited to have a peaceful munch.

The College Auditorium is well furnished and equipped with a sound system, lighting facilities, and proper seating arrangements as well. All the seminars, workshops, and annual events are conducted in the auditorium area of the college.

The College also provides transportation facilities for the convenience of staff and students to take them from all major destinations in KITS and adjoining areas to the campus and back. Apart from these public transport services, such as buses, jeeps & hiring tempos are also available with minimum cost for commuting between KITS town and the campus. 

The college has been established with a 300 Mbps speed covering all the campus, hostel, and canteen. Wi-Fi Network and extends this facility to different locations. Both wired and wireless network access (wifi) is available with high-speed internet connectivity of a bandwidth of 30 MBPS.

The College has department-based laboratories with proper equipment and guidance to perform practicals. Students are trained in labs on a consistent schedule.
