KS Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode provides separate hostels for boys on the campus premises. To cater to their diverse tastes, the institute makes it possible to serve a wide variety of food. Regular meetings with the hostel inmates are held to discuss their grievances and menu changes. Every month, the mess bill is calculated on a dividing basis. Various facilities are available in the boys’ hostel such as purified water, uninterrupted power supply, medical facilities, Wi-Fi facility, intercom facilities for all the rooms, spacious rooms, common room with television and reading rooms, indoor games, gymnasium, dry cleaning facilities and many more.

The institute has separate hostels for girls on the campus premises. KSRCT Tiruchengode provides a wide variety of food to cater to their diverse tastes. On a regular basis, meetings with hostel inmates are held to discuss their grievances and menu changes. Female students are only permitted to leave campus with their parents/guardians.  Purified water, uninterrupted power supply, medical facilities, Wi-Fi, intercom facilities for all rooms, spacious rooms, common room with television and reading rooms, indoor games, gymnasium, dry cleaning facilities, outdoor games at the ladies hostel, and many other facilities are available in the girls' hostel.

KS Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode has a general hospital within the campus. The healthcare centre has round the clock availability of doctors, a dental clinic and x-rays, ambulance. It also has well-qualified physicians and staff available to meet medical needs and first-aid facilitation.

KS Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode has a well-equipped library.  The library has over 100,000 books as well as 300 journal and magazine subscriptions, both national and international. In addition to books and journals, 13 e-journal and e-book subscription packages are available. Book Bank facility is also available for SC/ST students. The MBA Department has its own library section. Every department has its own library to meet faculty members' immediate reference needs. There are also NPTEL video and web courses available. Its functions and services make use of cutting-edge technology. For effective resource sharing, the KSRCT library is a member of DELNET.

Students are encouraged to participate in all sports and games activities and competitions in the institute. Coaching in various games for students is being organised under the supervision of coaches. For sports activities, large playgrounds (over 11 acres) are provided. The institution has contracted with three sports academies for cricket, badminton, and athletics in order to identify and develop rural students with the potential to excel in sports and game events.   In addition to the regular staff, the department uses the resources of visiting coaches to train athletes. The sports facilities available on the campus are athletics (standard 400m track with 8 lanes) and cricket field, football field, hockey field, volleyball court, basketball court with wooden flooring and floodlights, basketball court with floodlights, tennis court with floodlights, ball badminton court and kabaddi court.

KSRCT Tiruchengode has a well-equipped IT infrastructure for students and faculty members on the campus. By providing internet access around the clock, the institute has integrated with the information superhighway. Students and faculty members have unlimited internet access with a bandwidth of 120 Mbps.

KS Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode has a canteen inside the campus premises. Food courts are located near different blocks to meet the refreshment needs of both students and staff on the campus. A variety of nutritious and hygienic South Indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff in accordance with quality standards. It also serves light refreshments such as packed snack items, cakes, vegetable puffs, beverages, and so on to the students and staff. A baking unit has been set up to prepare and supply various bakery products and eatables to the food courts.

The institute has fully air-conditioned mini-auditoriums. Air conditioners, public address systems (PA systems), and LCD projectors are available in the auditorium. Various programmes, events and functions are held on the campus premises.

To meet the transportation needs of students and faculty, 150 buses operate within a 110 km radius. Erode, Attur, Tirupur, Mettur, Salem, Namakkal, Rasipuram, Sankari, Theni, Karur, Kangeyam, Vellakovil, Omalur, and Edapadi are among the key areas covered.  A full-fledged automobile service station has been set up within the campus premises to handle routine vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

Within the campus, Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd. operates an extension counter. Students can use the banking services available there.

KS Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode has well-maintained classrooms for students. All classrooms are equipped with overhead projectors.
