The College Library of Maharaja Aggarsen College for Women, Jhajjar is well equipped with the latest IT tools to acquire, store, retrieve, and disseminate information. The College Library caters to the information needs of the students, faculty, and staff members of the college. To support teaching and learning needs, the library has collected more than 12000 books on a number of subjects such as English, Hindi, Economics, Geography, Psychology, Sanskrit, Political Science, Computers, Commerce, etc. In addition to that, the College Library also has quite a significant collection related to GK, completive examination, games, health, tailoring, knitting, cooking, etc.

The College boasts of 4 well-equipped computer labs to meet the requirements of students of the college The lab is provided with an internet facility. The lab facilitates the B.Com/BA/BCA/BBA and M.Com students to work on the computer and be acquainted with the latest material on their syllabi.

The college has a Geography Lab: The Geography lab of the college is rich in equipment and can boast of being the richest lab in Haryana. It is rich in equipment like a basic slide projector, computer with necessary accessories, pantographs, etc. It possesses the best quality maps (Philips Neutrons). It also possesses surveying instruments. Psychology Lab: The Lab proudly possesses computers, printers, scanners, overhead projectors, and all the instruments required to perform all types of experiments and practical works. The department also possesses many subject-related CDs, Models, and ultra-modern equipment. Chemistry LabBotany LabZoology LabEnglish Language The college takes pride in being the first college in Haryana to establish this Lab which has been catering to the needs of the students since 1995. It is fully equipped with a large T.V., V.C.R., and with a capacity of thirty students who learn conversation skills by audio-visual methods. It is fully air-conditioned. Students hailing from remote village backgrounds make a serious effort to pick up conversational skills. Fashion Designing Lab The Fashion Designing Lab was established under the UGC Career-Oriented Courses scheme. This lab is well equipped with a power sewing machine, computer-based embroidery machine, inter-lock machine, and two computers with a color laser printer. The lab is also connected to the internet and Mannequins, dress display stands, boards, stitching accessories, and press stands are additional attractions of our fashion designing lab.

The college has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students.

The college has Red Ribbon Club was formed to aware the society through students' community under the NSS Unit of the College. Under this club, various AIDS/HIV awareness programs are undertaken to apprise the students about the intensity of the problems.
