Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Pondicherry

The college has a well built boys hostel at the campus having a serene environment. Students are having a mess facility at the hostel where they can enjoy their favourite food that is healthy and tasty.

A separate girls hostel is provided at the campus that has well-furnished air-conditioned, and ventilated rooms for the students. Mess facility is available at the hostel where good quality food is prepared that is hygienic. RO Water facility is also available at both the hostels. 

The college has a medical facility available at the campus with a number of beds. A hospital facility is also present near the campus where the patients are treated. An ambulance facility is also available at the hospital.

Gym facilities are available at the campus so that the students can perform different exercises and workouts. Students can keep themselves fit by using the latest gym equipment available at the place.

The college library is fully automated with proper management software spread around an area of 4000 sq metres. There is a collection of more than 15000 books, journals, magazines, encyclopedias and many more. A large collection of electronic resources are also available consisting of e-journals, catalogs, e-books, and many more. More than 300 students can comfortably sit at the place during a time.  

A sports facility is available at the campus where the students can participate and have some time other than studies. The students can play sports such as football, cricket, basketball, volleyball and many more.

MGMCRI Pondicherry facilities includes a well built IT infrastructure consisting of computer systems that comes with latest softwares and hardwares. The students can take help regarding assignments, projects, tutorials and many more at the place.

The college has a cafeteria where different snacks and beverages are served. Students can come to the place and enjoy the different foods prepared at the cafeteria. 

The college has a spacious auditorium where different events and programmes are held. It is a place where different educational and cultural events are conducted where students can showcase their talents. 

A transport facility is available at the campus in which students and faculties can travel from one place to another. The bus facility is available so that the student can have industrial visits, trips and travel to other places.

The college has a wifi facility available at the campus. Students can connect the wifi and use it for study purposes. They can take help regarding the different projects and assignments. 

Several laboratories are there dedicated to each department. The students can conduct different experiments at the labs dedicated to different courses. 

A convenience store is present at the campus where students can buy goods related to their needs. Stationary items are also available at the campus which students can buy as per their use.

MGMCRI Pondicherry facilities consist of the banks and ATMs in which students and faculties can do the transactions. Students can withdraw the money from the ATM for fees payment and other financial uses.

The college has a waiting room for guests that are arriving at the campus for different purposes. Visitors can sit at the place and relax for sometime.
