The college runs a hostel for the boys they are well governed by the teacher superintendents. Admission is made strictly on the basis of the distance from the student’s residence. Priorities are given to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Handicapped Students. No married student is allowed to stay in a hostel. Any unsuccessful candidate in any University Exam. will be given one more chance to overstay in the hostel. The rules and regulations laid down by the Hostel Committee are obligatory for the inmates of the hostel.

The college has established a “Medical and First Aid Centre” of its own which is regularly attended by a registered medical practitioner. He also attends to the inmates of the hostels. General medicine is provided free of cost to any student or staff falling ill during college hours.

The college has a library that was started along with the establishment of the College in the year 1946. This was the third oldest College of the undivided Midnapur District and now it is the second oldest college of the Purba Medinipur District. Since then, the College library has been satisfying the huge demand of the poor as well as needy students. It is one of the best College Libraries regarding collection as well as providing services to the users of this semi-town locality.

The college has a cafeteria facility for all the students and staff. There is a cheap canteen in that college that caters food to the students at a subsidized rate.

The college has a 450-seater Auditorium that will be available on the Ground Floor of the building for all the events and seminars.

The college has signed an MOU with Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd. to create a Wi-Fi zone on our college campus to fill up the dream of “Digital India”.
