Telephone facilities are made available in the hostel. The inmates should talk to their parents/guardians only. All letter correspondence should be made by the inmates only through Deputy Warden.

The College provides medical facilities to all its students. A medical check-up is organized to ensure good health for all inmates. A full-time medical center is available on the campus. We have two ambulance vans available for service. A medical shop is kept open till 9.30 p.m.

Fast changes in technology lead to the updating of new literature in the form of textbooks, reference books & Encyclopedia. The library has built a robust collection of over 36290 Books, 1006 back Volumes, and 140 Printed Journals. To provide time-bound information services for the patrons of the college, the library is acquiring over 66 national and 500 international journals (includes both print & online journals).

The college has Ground facilities for all outdoor games like Football, Volley Ball, Badminton, Kabaddi, Cricket, 200 Mts Track, etc. Separate hall for Table Tennis, Chess, and Carrom.Necessary equipment and facilities for regular practice. Fee concession to the students admitted in the sports quota those represented national, State, Divisional, and District level tournaments after evaluation. Uniforms to the participants free of cost.Special prizes to the University, State, and National participants.Regular summer camps for all the Games and Sports. Various exercises, advanced skills, techniques, and formations are being taught during the practice session. Special coaches from outside also arranged for conducting coaching camps. The department provides an opportunity for the students by sending them to participate in the University, State, district, and College level tournaments and also friendly matches. Prizes and certificates are given to the winners and runners-up and an overall championship trophy is also awarded to the winning team. Encourages all the students to take part in various events providing all necessary playing equipment. Staff tournaments are conducted regularly in outdoor games, indoor games, and athletics. Our students are consistently winning the medals and shields in Zonal, Inter zonal& state-level tournaments. College sports teams, consisting of about men and women sports personnel are taking part regularly in Tamilnadu Inter Engineering Sports.

Buses plying through every nook and corner of Trichy city like Dalmia, Pullambadi, Anbil, Lalgudi, Thuvakudi, OFT, Junction, K.K. Nagar, EdamalaipattiPuthur, Teheran Nagar, Allithurai, Kulithalai, Musiri, Thuraiur, Perambalur, etc. The bus routes are operated after taking into account the need of the students.

The College Alumni Association was formed in 2002, with a view to keeping the silken threads of the attachments between the old students and their alma mater. The chapters of the M.A.M College of Engineering Alumni Association are functioning in many parts of the world.

The College of Engineering entered into an e-revolution by making its entire campus Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity). The Internet connection is distributed across the college through Wi-Fi networks. The college and hostels have a 24-hour uninterrupted Internet connection. There are numerous benefits of having Wi-Fi as an overlay network. First, it provides laptop users with a seamless connection to the corporate network (intranet and Internet) for browsing, presentations, and documents. The Wi-Fi system has been functioning with 24 Mbps (1:1) leased line connectivity provided by BSNL. As Wi-Fi security is an area of concern, In the future M.A.M.C.E will take elaborate steps to stop unauthorized access has been proposed to take pre-configured SSID (Service Set Identifier) and password for security (authentication).
