The College has an excellent library housed in a spacious modern building on the ground floor stocks more than 13,507 books and adds books regularly every year. It subscribes to several National and International Journals and occupies a position of immense pride and importance, which supports the Teaching and Research Programmes of the Institute. The Library has a majestic reading hall with a capacity of 150, where the students can sit and consult reference books of their interest. The Library Services are fully automated: The LibSys Software is used for searching, reporting circulation, and various other functions. The library is fully computerized, and students can access the library resources through OPAC. MID has the greatest facility of Book Bank for assisting the students with textbooks on loan for each semester against a token payment of Rs.2000/- The Library has institutional membership with big library giants like the British Council Library and the American Library. It subscribes to online journals of DELNET and E-journals (EBSCO), where 436 journals can be accessed and linked to full texts.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. To improve spoken English and to groom the students to make them proficient in a professional ambiance, regular classes of Soft Skills are being conducted in the Language Lab by the experts. Soft Skills are very important for delivering the basic knowledge imparted in the regular classes during interviews, so a separate Lab with modern technology developed by experts is dedicated to MID. A team of experienced faculty members is engaged to take specialized classes, including mock GD & PI.
