Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology, Pondicherry has a medical centre inside the campus with nurses and a doctor who visits campus weekly and during emergencies. The college also has a first aid facility.

Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology, Pondicherry has a gym with a wide collection of equipment and exercise machines. There is also a trainer provided in the gym to help students to maintain their physical fitness as well as mental fitness.

The college has sports facilities for all the students. From being means of physical fitness, sports and culture have also played a great role in the generation of the spirit of healthy competition and bonding within the community.

The college has an excellent canteen with various food items and snacks with excellent quality and hygiene. The college has a spacious canteen facility on the college premises and is run by college management. A variety of south Indian food and snack items are provided to the students and the staff of the college at highly subsidised rates with the highest quality. The canteen has a big kitchen with a steam cooking facility and kitchen staff take extra care to provide the students and staff with nutritious and hygienic food in the campus canteen. Food items are prepared with RO-treated water. It also provides light refreshments like packed snack items, cakes, veg. puff, beverages, etc to the students and staff of the college. The canteen is open from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM on all working days.

There is a spacious and well-equipped auditorium inside the campus. The auditorium is used to conduct various events, workshops, conferences, functions and many other things. All the main events take place in the auditorium.

The college provides excellent transport facilities for the benefit of the students from various locations in and around Puducherry. College buses are also available from Puducherry, Cuddalore, Villupuram, Neyveli, and Tindivanam.
