Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal has hostels that are separated into blocks for the boys on the campus. The MCODS hostel facilities have well-furnished rooms equipped with basic facilities.

The college has separate hostels for girls at its campus. MCODS hostel facilities for girls students are safe and well maintained.
