Marian College provides separate residential facility for boys. There are two hostels for boys run by priests. The facilities provided in the hostel include laundry facility and wifi facility. The maximum occupancy in the rooms is two-sharing, three- sharing and four-sharing.

Marian College provides a separate residential facility for girls. There are two hostels for undergraduate girls and one hostel for postgraduate girls run by nuns. The girls’ hostels are safe, clean and comfortable. Triple-sharing accommodation is available in the hostels. Nutritious food is provided to the students.

Medical facilities are provided to both students and staff. The first aid facility and emergency care are provided on the campus itself. Professional health experts treat the patients here. The healthcare centre has basic equipment such as BP apparatus, stethoscope, nebulizer, inhalation kettle, hot water bottle, dressing trays and other required things.

Gym facilities are provided to the students to elevate their fitness journey. The gym is fully equipped with modern equipment. Marian College gym has expert trainers to train the students as per their requirement.

Marian College library has a collection of national and international books, journals and online databases. The library is fully computerised and has around 42438 books, 140 journals/magazines, 2,05,000 e-books and 10,000 e-journals. Students can access the library from 8 am to 10 pm except on Sundays and public holidays.

As sports play a key role in the maintenance of physical health and mental health of students, well structured sports facilities are provided to the students. The college has a games arena where students play different sports from friendly matches to competitive tournaments.

Marian College has a furnished computer lab. This computer lab houses 200 computer terminals. These computer terminals are networked and administered by efficient administrators.
