MGMM Jabalpur has a girls' hostel where safety and harmony are maintained throughout. It has well-furnished rooms which students can choose according to single, double or triple occupancy. Mess facility is available so that the students get hygienic and tasty food. 

Wifi facility is available at the campus which the students and faculties can connect as per their use. The students can take help regarding the assignments and projects by connecting the systems to wifi. 

The college library consists of more than 36000 books along with a large collection of academic materials. A wide range of e-books are available through the DELNET. Students can come and read their favourite books at the place.

Laboratories are provided at the college for each of the departments and courses. The students can conduct experiments related to their curriculum and learn about the new concepts. 

An auditorium is available at the college so that a large number of the audience can sit comfortably. Proper audio visual aids along with air-conditioning is provided at the auditorium.

Different types of foods including tea, coffee and other snacks are available at an affordable price at the cafeteria. A proper sitting area is provided for the students so that they can discuss important issues. 

MGMM Jabalpur has a well-built IT infrastructure that includes the latest computer systems with high speed internet.  The latest softwares and hardwares are installed in these computer systems.

The college has both the indoor, outdoor and specialised sports facilities available at the campus for the physical development of the students. Sports such as cricket, basketball, carrom, chess, volleyball and many more can be played at the college. 

The college has a parking area available for the students so that they can park their vehicles. A parking space is allotted to park the various types of vehicles.
