Enough hostel accommodation is available on campus for boys. The campus hostel is located within the premises of the institute in salubrious and lush green surroundings. The hostel buildings are provided with 24-hour security guards. The boys’ hostel will have accommodation for 200 students,There are various facilities for students like – canteen, public phone, cold drinking water, hot water for bathing, etc. For entertainment, TV sets are available in recreation halls. However, viewing time is pre-defined. A Doctor shall visit the hostel twice a week to conduct a medical check-up. Hostel accommodation is allotted to students strictly on a merit basis during all the years of graduation. However, if you prefer to take up private accommodation, our hostel office will provide you with the necessary information about accommodation available in the nearby vicinity. Students interested in admission to the hostel will have to apply immediately after confirming their admission.

The college has an associated hospital facility. The MCOET, Shegaon medical facilities include a health centre with a first aid facility for the students. 

MCOET, Shegaon has a library with a vast range of books for staff and students. 

We take every effort to encourage our students to participate in various social, cultural and sports activities. The college has its own cricket, football and volleyball grounds. It shall also have a modern style well equipped gymnasium. Table Tennis, and Carom facilities. Students shall be encouraged to participate at Inter-Collegiate, University, State and National levels.

MCOET, Shegaon has an air-conditioned computer lab that caters to the computational needs of students. The lab is fully equipped with terminals with the latest configuration.

MCOET, Shegaon has a nice canteen facility for staff and faculty. 

The college has departmental-based laboratory facilities for the students. The students get more practical knowledge and exposure while working in the labs.  

MCOET, Shegaon has an Auditorium which is used for every major event or workshop.

The college also provides good classroom facilities for all the students.

The college also provides Training and Placement opportunities for all the students.

The College operates a fleet of buses to transport students from Shegaon and Khamgaon to the college and back. These buses operate along 4 different routes starting from different points, approximately between 9.30 am and 06.00 pm.

As Shegaon is showered with Shri Gajanan Maharaj's Blessings, every Thursday evening, the College arranges a Darshan trip to Gajanan Maharaj`s Temple for hostellers.
