The library is well-lit with planned seating arrangements and houses 5000 plus books along with a dedicated reference section.

The College has facilities for Cricket, Football, Basketball, Table Tennis, and other indoor sports like Carom and chess within a campus.

The College has Computer Lab provides an opportunity for students to enhance their design skills. The student-machine ratio is well maintained and the computers are loaded with the latest design software. The Resource Centre also has facilities like a printer, scanner, and internet.

The College has maintains a hygienic cafeteria where food and refreshments are available for the students at a nominal cost. It not only satisfies the need for food but also functions as a hub for exchanging pleasantries and engaging in healthy discussions. A Café Coffee Day Counter is the added attraction for students to rejuvenate themselves.

The College has a state of artfully air-conditioned Seminar Hall aided with audio-visual presentation facilities and a seating capacity of 200, which is available for different events organized at MBS SPA.

The exceptional teaching methodologies backed by practical skills and the opportunity to design projects with diverse scale has given me the confidence to pursue my career ahead. The all-time support and motivation of the faculty members have enlightened me throughout the beautiful journey. I am truly fortunate and pleased to have been a part of this institution.

The College has proudly boasts of the following well-equipped labs and workshops for properly conducting academic programs: Carpentry and Model Making Workshop The institute has an in-house workshop with necessary machines and tools. The students are introduced to workshop practice. They learn architectural model-making and are encouraged to use the workshop facility for their design models. Surveying and Levelling Laboratory Surveying & Levelling Lab has a complete range of instruments and regular practical works are conducted for hands-on experience. Climatology laboratory to introduce the concepts of climatology, environmental studies, and landscape which is an integral part of the architecture, the Institute has well equipped Climatology Lab. Building Materials Laboratory The Building material lab has a range of fixtures, fitting equipment, and samples that can be used by students for research and study. Samples of wood, stones, tiles, sanitary wares, plumbing, etc. along with students' work are displayed for reference. Construction Yard The Construction Yard is an open space that gives the students full opportunity to experiment and explore their ideas on the ground.

The College has a dedicated digitized Printing cum stationery shop for students.

• The College has MBS SPA Training and Placement Cell came into existence in the year 2015. Since then the TP cell has aspired to give effective solutions for suitable internship and job opportunities for all its students.
• The Training & Placement Cell makes the students Industry-friendly and industry-ready candidates. The Cell is well equipped with ample infrastructure in terms of Seminar Halls, Meeting/Consultancy halls for pre-placement talks, Presentations, etc.
• MBS SPA TP cell helps the students by providing job opportunities both on campus by conducting placement drives with various reputed architectural firms and also off-campus by giving recommendations to various organizations.
