MES College of Arts and Commerce, Zuarinagar

The College has library has a rare collection of books in French, Portuguese, and English, which have historical importance. These were donated by the relatives of the great freedom fighter Dr T B Cunha, after whom this Library has been named. This library is automated using New Gen Library Management Software (Helium version 3.1.1 ) devised by Verus Solution,s Hyderabad. The Library Building is covered with CCTV cameras located at vantage points in and around the Library.  Total No. of Books 40195.

The College has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.

The College has a canteen facility for staff and students. Adequate canteen infrastructure facilities are available.

The College has set up a health center to take care of basic health problems.

The College has a Gymnasium with modern equipment for the students.

The College has sports facilities for all students. Basketball courts – 02, Volleyball court – 02, Mini ground for Kho-kho and Kabbadi, Swami Vivekananda Hall – Part of the hall is utilized for indoor sports facilities.

The College has an excellent IT Infrastructure for the students. The institution provides access to technology and information through ICT facilities. The college has 109 computers and 37 laptops with the latest hardware and software. Computers are networked and provided with wired and Wi-Fi internet. MOODLE, a Learning Management system, and online courses of NPTEL are used.

The College has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College has alumni scaled great heights and are today ministers, lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries, Executives, senior statesmen, Government officials, successful entrepreneurs, planners, and policymakers actively engaged in shaping the destiny of Goa. The College interacts with the graduates through the Alumni Association. The graduates expressed their satisfaction with job skills and soft skills acquired during their period of study, which enables them to progress in their workplace.
