MMH College sports facilities include indoor and outdoor sports for the students. The college has outdoor playgrounds for games like cricket, volleyball, kabaddi, basketball, athletics, kho-kho, hockey, football and many other sports.

MMH College campus facilities have modern indoor and outdoor auditoriums for seminars, workshops, and other events. The auditorium has a seating capacity of around 200 persons.

MMH College lab facilities are well equipped with all the facilities and latest equipment. The college has 15 well-equipped laboratories and 6 research laboratories. The college has many laboratories such as Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Geography Lab, Botany Lab and many more. 

The college has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.
