MMMCHS Chennai auditorium has an air-conditioned seating area for 500 people, used to conduct small and major functions. This is linked with operation theatres to show live demonstrations of complex surgeries.

The college has a Cornelius Celsus Library with a spacious well-ventilated hall with reading tables. The library has more than three thousand books, two thousand eight hundred and one projects, and fifteen national and international journals. MMMCHS Chennai provides e-resources to the students as well.
