Answer: Option A
Solution:
1st Hybrid tea rose variety developed was La France.
'La France' is a pink rose found in France in 1867 by the rosarian Jean-Baptiste André Guillot (1827 - 1893). It is generally accepted to be the first hybrid tea rose.
Hybrid tea is an informal horticultural classification for a group of garden roses.
Hybrid tea flowers are well-formed with large, high-centered buds, supported by long, straight and upright stems. Each flower can grow to 8 - 12.5 cm wide. Hybrid teas are the largest and most popular group of roses, due to their elegant form and the large variety of colours.
