The University has a Central Library has one of the best collections of information sources in technology, management, science, and engineering-related disciplines. The library has a large collection of text reference books and multimedia, which is continuously updated with the latest editions. It subscribes to international periodicals, databases, and online journals. The library maintains an intranet website through which students can access online databases, journals, and catalogues anywhere on the campus using Wi-Fi connectivity. The library has a subscription to DELNET.

The computer lab is geared to provide the specialized environment required for all professional courses. The hub of the center is the latest state-of-the-art computer lab, well-equipped with networked HP computers. The technology used for this network is the latest and backed by current and high-tech operating systems. The complete center is backed by UPS for 100% power backup.

The University have well-furnished and well maintained with full of equipment- laboratories that are available in our departments. Our building on the University campus is state-of-the-art and filled with new technology and facilities, such as those in the school. We have more than twenty (20) laboratories with good facility of chemical and equipment. Each laboratory has good ventilation with plenty of white light.

The University has an altar of learningthat is always the classroom, but the classrooms at AHU are a whole new world of discovery, being equipped with high-tech facilities like high-speed internet connectivity and air conditioning. 100+ classrooms to groom a multitude of promising engineers, entrepreneurs, artists, and many more... Naturally its spacious classrooms with Audio-Visual facility with OHPs & PA systems, ergonomically designed benches with theatre type setup, well-equipped laboratories, Wi-Fi facility, White Board, Soft Board, demonstration area, etc. Making the teaching learning process in the classroom interactive & exciting.

The University has a boys’ hostel facility, comfortable and well-appointed hostel accommodation for students both on-campus and off- campus.

The University has a Room accommodation that is extended on a firstcome- first-serve basis to students. Students can avail hostel rooms either on a single or a shared basis.

The University has a variety of events like conferences, seminars, cultural programs, debates, plays, and other programmes that are conducted throughout the year. The University houses an auditorium and numerous other performing areas,s which facilitate the students to carry out their activities in the right environment, smoothly and with ease. The University Auditorium is centrally air-conditioned with a fully soundproof setup and equipped with the latest technology for all types of audio/video presentations.

The University has a Gymnasiums are located in each of the girls’ as well as boys' hostels. A well equipped Air-conditioned gym in the University hostels, having the latest instruments and machines, has ensured better fitness and health facilities for the students, faculty, and staff members
