The University has medical support facilities available on and around the campus to tackle emergencies. A doctor is appointed to look after the university's healthcare services. In addition, the university has tie-ups with nearby hospitals to provide healthcare support services to students, faculty, and staff members. Routine medical checkup programs are also organized at the university campus.

The University has a library that is the center of attraction for students as well as faculty members. It is well equipped with books from different disciplines, a wide range of reference books, national and international periodicals, journals, magazines, and a pool of research work from eminent scholars. The leading newspapers are also available for students to scan the environment to develop their general awareness. The university has constituted a separate library committee that selects and ensures the regular availability of the latest books and reading material in the library. The library maintains an intranet website through which students can access online databases, journals, and catalogs anywhere on the campus using Wi-Fi connectivity.

The University has a magnificent auditorium at University is unique and has the capacity to host 2000+ people in any program. Students, faculty members, corporates, and guests can easily organize events, workshops, and guest lectures. The auditorium is equipped with a Dolby sound system, a Hi-Tech projector, comfortable seating arrangements, and a green room, and is fully air-conditioned to cater to the needs of audiences. The Auditorium is designed not only meet the specific requirements but also to add to the overall pleasure of listening to and talking with some of the very sharp minds around, at work. It provides a platform for the students of the university to showcase their multiple talents in the field of theatre, drama, dance, and different cultural programs.

The University has a transportation facility that covers various towns and villages in and around Satna & Rewa City. Buses of the University board (at the time of departure from Campus) and de-board (after arrival at campus) the students inside the campus premises only. University buses are equipped with all safety devices, i.e., GPS, to track the bus location, Route, Speed, etc., and a speed governor to restrict the speed of the buses as per the Supreme Court guidelines. Fire extinguishers and a First Aid Kit availability in buses ensure safety measures.

The University has a Training and Employment Cell to keep a liaison with the potential industries and provide necessary guidance to the students. The Cell facilitates arranging on-campus placements of students in various industries and makes arrangements for students to participate in off-campus drives organized at various institutions/industries. Industrial training, an essential component of engineering courses, is a part of the curriculum. The cell assists in arranging training for students in the concerned industries, which helps them in getting placements upon the completion of their courses. In this regard, the T&E cell has contacted many industries for on-the-job training of students and has succeeded in arranging on-the-job summer training for the students. The Training & Employment Cell also arranges lectures to improve the soft skills of the students. The objective of the event is to check the students across various disciplines such as general awareness, reasoning, communication skills, and behavioral traits.
