The University has Separate Hostels for boys with furnished rooms, Wi-Fi network internet connection, and round-the-clock power backup available on the  ADTU Guwahati campus for almost 1000 students.  ADTU Guwahati hostel facility is allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis and subject to availability. Provision for primary medical attention and first aid has been made in the hostels. For a medical emergency, an ambulance facility is available on the campus.

The University's students are also provided with proper medical facilities to address their immediate and urgent medical requirements.  ADTU Guwahati has a world-class Multispecialty Down Town Hospital on campus that has all the modern facilities and 300 beds. The students can easily get General Medicine, CT Scans, MRI, ECG, X-ray, ICU, Trauma Centre, and Laboratory investigation when required.  ADTU Guwahati Medical facility ensures that the university can deal with emergency cases at the utmost priority and can also assist students with general facilities medication.

The University provides a constant WiFi facility throughout the campus that also extends to its hostels.  ADTU Guwahati WiFi network is a more than 20 Mbps leased line and has multiple ISPs. So students can get proper access to a good internet connection at any time and anywhere on campus. This is especially required as it saves time for children to go to cafes just for internet connections.

The University has a central library of ADTU Guwahati and is well-equipped with all books, journals, periodicals, and other reference material that might be required for scholars, students, or faculty members.  ADTU library ensures that they can get all the items to complete their courses while visiting the campus itself. In addition to this, the ADTU Guwahati library facility is completely computerized which further helps the students with the same. Based on more than 12000 square feet of land, the library has spacious reading rooms for those who wish to read books within the ADTU Guwahati Central Library. Its collection of books is huge with more than 20000 volumes of books and a large number of journals both national and international.

The University has ensured that its children focus on complete personality development. For this, the ADTU Guwahati has established spacious courts for practicing many sports. It includes many indoor and outdoor sports.  ADTU Guwahati students can play Table Tennis, Pool, Volleyball, Badminton, Basketball, and Football because are constructed for students. Additionally, the ADTU Guwahati sports facility also has a gymnasium that is packed with all the modern pieces of equipment and other facilities. The Assam Down Town University has also a swimming pool built inside the campus. With this, they ensure that they provide a complete package of sports facilities to their students. Also, sports competitions are held regularly within the university to involve students in healthy competitions.

The university has provided its students with a modern canteen on campus. ADTU Guwahati canteen is spacious enough to accommodate a large number of students at a time. Additionally, it serves many delicacies ranging from various cuisines along with beverages for the students.  ADTU Guwahati canteen is complete with an LCD TV in the cafeteria. The food is also checked regularly to ensure its quality and is done by a quality control team of the university.

The University also has two seminar halls and one auditorium that has modern audiovisual equipment. They are built to conduct seminars, workshops, presentations, meetings, and discussions. ADTU Guwahati seminar halls can seat up to 250 people at once whereas the auditorium can seat 300 people. This ensures that a humble gathering can take place within these halls and many people can participate. Assam Down Town University periodically features many cultural events, guest lectures, and conferences to ensure its students' all-round growth.

The University has laboratories ensure that the researchers and scholars can also carry out their activities properly. So, the ADTU lab facility allows students to do practically what they have learned theoretically and get hands-on experience with the same. In this manner, the students are industry-ready.

The University has also assisted the students near the campus by providing them with transportation facilities. ADTU Guwahati transport facilities are available for all students and faculty members from all corners of Guwahati. ADTU transport facilities work as per the Supreme Court guidelines and are therefore very safe and reliable. These services are provided at a nominal fee and, therefore, a preferred option for students within the city.

The University also has ATM facilities within the campus. There is an Axis Bank ATM within the ADTU Guwahati campus, through which students can complete their basic financial tasks without any hassle.
