A well designed hostel facility is provided for boys. Bhabha University boys hostel facilities include well furnished rooms equipped with a bed, a study table, study chair and almirah, spacious common rooms, volleyball ground, badminton court and some other facilities.

Bhabha University girls hostel facility is provided to the girls with modern facilities. Spacious and well furnished rooms are provided. Good and hygienic food is available in the mess. Indoor games like carrom and table tennis are provided in the hostel.

Laboratory facilities are provided to the students in the campus. There is a central computer lab which ensures students have access to and assistance in the use of computer technology.

The whole campus is wifi enabled with high speed internet connection. This wifi facility allows students to access the internet wherever they are in the campus. This wifi facility is not only restricted to classrooms but also extended to all the areas in the college.

Bhabha University Bhopal provides parking facility to both students and staff. There is a separate parking area for two wheelers, four wheelers and buses.  

The University has a well furnished primary health center to cater the medical needs of students and staff. First aid facilities are provided in the health center. Experienced and qualified doctors visit the campus regularly.

Auditorium facility is provided to the students. The auditorium is fully equipped with centralised air conditioners, wifi service and a spectacular stage. The workshops, national and international conferences are hosted in the auditorium.
