The central library of CAU Imphal is equipped with books covering all subjects, including both textbooks and reference books. The library also has a collection of reports, proceedings, abstracts & indexes, encyclopaedias, data books, National and international journals, and audio and visual resources. The library also has a separate reading room.

CAU Imphal has provided labs for different subjects for conducting practical experiments.  The labs are well-organised and equipped with the necessary equipment. Lab technicians are also there to guide and help students.

To build up the physical strength and the team spirit, the university through this programme opens up various sports avenues to the students. There is a plethora of indoor and outdoor sports facilities available to the students. In addition to the fields, which are mostly used for football, cricket, and volleyball, and badminton courts are also there.
