Central University of Karnataka, Gulbarga

The University has two well spacious and furnished hostels for boys. The varsity doesn't offer admission to all the students, as it is subject to availability. The hostel rooms will be allocated as per the merit-cum-reservation. Students who are willing to take hostel facilities at the university must submit 'proof of nativity'.

TheCentral University of Karnataka students meet accommodation needs, the university offers hostel facilities to the students. The Central University of Karnataka has two well spacious hostels for girls. Hostel rooms will be allocated to students based on availability and for this, students are required to submit 'proof of nativity' at the time of hostel admission.

The University has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students. All the labs are very well equipped with all the necessary items. 

One of the most important central facilities of the university is the central library. It not only just caters to the information needs of the subjects but also the research requirements of the students, covering all the topics related to Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Management, etc. The university wants to make the library the most effective leading resource centre to contribute to the quality of education. The collection includes reference books, textbooks, CDs/DVDs, dissertations, thesis, magazines, and newspapers.

The Central University of Karnataka has sports facilities for all students. Many indoor and outdoor sports games are available for the students. 

 The university has a computer centre that caters to the needs of different academic departments and sections of the university. The centre has an adequate number of computers, each student is provided with one computer so that they can work on any project individually.

The Central University of Karnataka has two canteens, one vegetarian and another non-vegetarian. Both the canteens run 12 hours a day and offer hygiene and delicious food items at affordable prices.

The University has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students. Students bringing their own vehicle are provided with parking facilities. 

The Central University of Karnataka provides transportation facilities to the students and staff members for commuting from any place within Kalaburagi city to the university campus, this, the Central University of Karnataka has a tie-up with Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC)

The University Provides Wi-Fi Connections to various departments on the Campus. Students who want to browse the internet can use college wifi for better connectivity.  

To take care of the health of students and staff members, the Central University of Karnataka offers medical facilities. A senior doctor and a lady doctor are available on the campus for all the medical needs. In case of any emergency, there is a 24/7 ambulance facility available.

The university has a dedicated banking facility within the campus provided by Canara Bank, which is operating in an independent building. The bank has opened two ATM centres within the University campus, one near the bank and another one near the administration block. The bank provides some facilities like a savings account, RD account, student loan facility, laptop loan facility, and health insurance in association with Apollo. Post Office Facility: The India Post has established a post office on the University campus.

The Central University of Karnataka Campus has a well-furnished Guest House situated opposite the Vice-Chancellor's residence which will be available soon to occupy. It has about 39 Guest rooms and a dining hall for the guests visiting the University.
