The library at CUTN has a large library with books, magazines, and electronic resources. The library has 42,000 books, 114 CDs/DVDs, and 200 printed journals in its collection. With the help of UGC-INFONET, e-Shodh Sindhu, J-Gate, and JSTOR, users can browse over 6000 online electronic journals. The library is fully digital, with self-check-in and check-out facilities. It offers quick access to Open Library services such as Swayam Prabha, e-pathshala, IndiaStat, and DOAJ.

The institution has a well-established sports ground for students. A sports complex comprising volleyball, basketball and lawn tennis courts; athletic-standard tracks; a cricket ground; and an indoor sports complex with badminton courts and table tennis facilities is under construction.

The CUTN Data Centre uses optical fibre to provide super high-speed internet to academic and administrative buildings, libraries, and hostels. It also partners with state-of-the-art software providers to manage servers that offer internet facilities for administration, enrollment, examinations, library, e-resources, institutional email, and research. A LAN network infrastructure also provides reliable and flexible internet access for CUTN employees, students, and computer labs with gigabit ethernet bandwidth.

The institution has a health centre that provides emergency services to university students, teachers, and staff, as well as the general population living in and around Thiruvarur's Neelakudi and Nagakudi villages. The CUTN Health Centre has a clinic that can conduct blood, liver, and renal function studies. An ambulance, four qualified doctors, and three staffers and an assistant nurse are available at CUTN's Health Centre to cater to any kind of emergency round the clock.

CUTN Guest House is situated in residential campus of CUTN, opposite to the residence to the Vice-Chancellor. CUTN Residential campus is barely 3 km from the Thiruvarur- Mayiladuthurai high road. These Guest Houses are primarily meant for official guests of CUTN, Members of Selection Committees, Boards of Studies, Examiners, Experts for viva-voce for Ph.D. and other classes, visiting faculties and scholars, invited participants of Seminars / Workshops/ Symposia / Conferences / Training Programs organized by the University, Centers and Departments and at times for guests of CUTN teaching staffs and guests of CUTN non-teaching staff, parents/ guardians of students, subjected to availability. Presently, the guest house accommodation is provided to the guests in two independent blocks containing 3 bedrooms, each. The Facilities in each guest house block include a common hall, kitchen, dining hall and independent vehicle parking shed. However, Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are being served only in the main block. Each bedroom is furnished with two beds, one LCD TV, AC and other basic furniture. The Guesthouse provides safe and clean surrounding and is managed by professional and helpful staffs who attend to our guests at all hours. Provisions of roof garden and Wi-Fi are being made.

The CUTN Multipurpose Hall (MP hall) may be booked for internal purposes i.e. for events organized by the employees and/or students of CUTN.

Separate gyms with modern equipment are available to the boys and girls of the university in their respective hostels.

CUTN has separate mess facilities for boys and girls. It also has separate canteen facilities. The campus also has two restaurants, one cafeteria and a snacks bar.

The university provides bus facilities within the campus throughout the day. Buses also ply to nearby places like Kangalancherry for the benefits of the student.

The campus has a post office and a branch of State Bank of India functional on all working days. ATM facilities are also available in the campus.

The campus has a variety of hostels and residential complexes to accommodate scholars, faculty members and students. The institution has separate hostels for boys and girls, married and unmarried research scholars. The boys hostel has all the necessary amenities for the benefit of the students.
