The university provides accommodation facilities for the students with several facilities like water coolers with aqua guards and RO purification, medical facilities, power backup, etc.

The university girl's hostel provides several facilities for the students such as 24*7 power backup, well-furnished rooms, wi-fi, a gymnasium, medical facilities for an emergency, etc are available for them.

The university provides medical facilities to all the members of the university. An on-call doctor is also available for any kind of emergency or illness. An ambulance facility is also available to take students to nearby hospitals for any emergencies.

The university provides Sports activities of the university are being run under the Sports Council. The university has the following playfields: Handball (1), Football (1), Volleyball (1), Netball (1), Korfball (1), Kho- Kho (1), Kabaddi (1), & Athletic Track 400 mtrs. The university is going to have its Sports Stadium soon. The university provides different sports facilities to its players taking part in the inter-university tournaments like free TA & DA, sports kit &track suit, free medical facilities, and scholarships to the players winning positions in these tournaments.

The university library has a varied collection of books, national and international journals, magazines, etc for the students. Students can visit the library to gather information. Students also have access to e-books and other resources.

The laboratories of CRSU are available for each department. Students can gain practical experience for better understanding.

The university provides gym facilities with all the necessary equipment such as treadmills, dumbbells, etc are available for the physical fitness of the students.

The university provides fully air-conditioned IT Infrastructure for the students with modern computing facilities and the latest software and hardware.

The cafeteria provides nutritious food and beverages to the students and staff at a reasonable cost. Students can visit the canteen to spend their leisure time.

The Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) promotes the spirit of voluntary work among the students and teachers through sustained community interactions. It brings academic institutions near to society. It shows how to combine knowledge and action to achieve results, which are desirable for community development. NSS at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University was established to provide the youth an opportunity to develop their overall personality by taking part in various Social Service Schemes. The University has initiated the process of students' enrolment. Students will be allowed to participate in state and national-level camps. Merit certificates are provided to students, who perform well in the camps. The NSS unit organized a special camp on digital financial literacy and four students also received appreciation from MHRD, Government of India.
