The University has An academic ambiance that prevails at the Central Library, which enables students and faculty members to sharpen their intellect. The fully automated library is housed in a separate building. It has a spacious reading room and an air-conditioned reference section with a seating capacity of about 250 students. CSMU Library system consists of a central library and departmental libraries that collectively support the teaching, research, and extension programs run by the institute. All students, faculty members, and employees of the institute are entitled to make use of the library facilities by becoming its members. The library, besides having a huge collection of books on engineering, humanities, and management offers library services through its various divisions.

The University has an on-campus cafeteria that dishes out combo meals and snacks catering to varied tastes. The quality of the material served is strictly monitored.

The University has a large, spacious multi-storied auditorium to conduct various cultural programs, competitions, auditions, and other activities. it comprises all modern equipment such as a Projector, Speaking aids, hi-tech flashing lights, and an elevated podium. It facilitates the organizing of the above-mentioned activities.

The University has The gymnasium at CSMU, can accommodate up to 150 to 200 students at a time. To give equal space and privacy we have separate centrally air-conditioned gyms for boys and girls. The gym also has all the latest equipment along with – powerlifting, weight training, and special training and strength machines.

The university has high-tech computer graphics studios with more than 360 advanced computers with LAN and Internet services through wireless connectivity, LCD projection system, hardware and software, digital cameras, printers, scanners, plotters, photocopying machines, video cameras, etc.

The University has Various indoor and outdoor sports like table tennis, chess, billiards, shooting, archery, football, volleyball, basketball, cricket, etc available at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University. Separate fields are maintained especially for outdoor sports.

The university has provided boys Hostel comfortable accommodation to the students in the hostels. CSMU Navi Mumbai hostel facilities also include modern furniture and appliances and free Wi-Fi.

The university has provided hostel facilities for girls students. The girl's hostels are well-furnished and are equipped with modern appliances. Free Wi-Fi facility is available in the entire hostel.

The university has its fleet of Buses, Vans, and Cars for the conveyance of staff and students from all areas and colonies of the city. In addition, a city bus facility is available. The university provides transport to students for Bus stands/ Railway stations during vacations.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

An integral part of the career development programme is placement, which is undertaken by the Training and Placement Cell (TPC) of the University which operates the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) to provide the students with training, and counselling, arrange guest lectures and visits, placement drives and interviews. The function of the CRC is actively intertwined with academics to build up the overall capability of the students as a confident and amicable person, ready to take on any challenge the world may throw upon them, not merely for a job.
