The University offers accommodations for female students. Students are admitted to the hostel, which is situated within the university's grounds, based on their merit and distance from home.

The University Library houses many books, journals, periodicals, and newspapers in Sanskrit, Hindi, English, and Assamese languages in addition to rare volumes, manuscripts, and Sanskrit and Shastri collections. Additionally, the University's library building houses a manuscript repository.

The university computer lab is housed in the administration building. The Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University also offers a Computer Application Certificate Programme.

The University has A volleyball court, a badminton court, a football playground, and the required equipment have all been donated by the university. Additionally, Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University permits its students to take part in a variety of outdoor sports and events, such as football, badminton, cricket, volleyball, tug of war, sprints, and high jump, as part of the varsity festival every year.
