Cotton University has departmental-based laboratory facilities for the benefit of the students.

The college has a sports ground and a variety of outdoor sports are played in it. The CU Sports facilities also provide an indoor games room for the physical and mental well-being of the students.

The college has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels have all the modern amenities for the well-being of the students. The CU Boys hostel also has 24*7 security guards and CCTV cameras for the safety purposes of the students.

Boys and girls have their own hostels at the college. The CU hostels are equipped with all of the contemporary conveniences necessary for students' well-being. For the safety of the students, the hostel has security officers on duty 24*7. The CU Girls hostel also houses CCTV cameras for the benefit of the students.

Cotton University has a well-established auditorium which is well-equipped with all the modern facilities. The CU auditorium is used to celebrate all the cultural programs at the university. A variety of guest lecturers, guest speaker sessions, and placement training are also held in the auditorium.
