MIT World Peace University facilities also include a medical centre. The despinary present at the campus has qualified doctors and support staff. It conducts medical camps for students and faculty members at regular intervals.

The gym is located near the girls hostel of the campus. The Director of Physical Education is responsible for managing the gym. MIT WPU Pune gym has modern and upgraded equipment for students.

The library of MIT World Peace University was established 1983. The library is well stocked with books, research papers, journals etc. for students. The university also has separate libraries for engineering and management departments.

The campus has indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The varsity has a cricket ground, football ground, basketball courts, volleyball courts etc. Facilities for indoor games such as table tennis, badminton etc. are also available at the campus. A fully air conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 500 people is present at MIT WPU Pune. The auditorium has audio video technology and a sound system. It hosts seminars, conferences and various other events of the university.
