The University has a boys' hostel.  Each student has the provision for storing valuables in their lockers. Besides, there is medical help and counselors on call, internet stations, convenience stores, emergency services, an ambulance on call, multi-activity playing grounds, and Laundry services. 

The University has a Girls' hostel.  Each student has the provision for storing valuables in their lockers. Power back-up, Housekeeping, Hot water for a bath (6:00 am to 7:30 am), Safe drinking water, Study Hall, Stationery Stores, Wi-fi, CCTVs at vantage points, Security 24/7, ATMs are available for quick access to cash.

The University has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff. Students can upload and download necessary files as and when needed. 

The University has a Gym facility for the students. This facility helps the students to create and innovate ideas. 

The University has a convenience store facility for students. (like, a photocopying facility and stationery)

The University has Banks/ATM facilities for all students. This facility helps the students to manage finances easily.

The University has sports facilities for all students. Indoor and out door sports facilities are available that may include cricket, chess, carroms, badminton and many others.

The University Library plays a vital role in providing Information Sources and Services to the members of the library. The University library has a huge collection of Information sources in various fields like Books, Periodicals, Thesis, Dissertations, Bibliographies, OPAC services, References, and reference services.

The University has a Transport facility for the students. This facility is available daily at affordable costs.

The University has a canteen facility for staff and students. Good nutritious and hygenic is served to the students at affordable costs.

The University has a good network of alumni associations.

The University has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. LCD projectors are available with state-of-the-art infrastructure and with good seating arrangements.

The University has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students that creates and innovates ideas. 

The University has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. This facility can be availed by sick students.

The University has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students that includes wifi, computer laboratories, and internet facilities.

The University has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members. This facility can be availed whenever events are conducted.

The University fosters a vibrant club culture within its educational framework, providing students with a platform to passionately showcase their unique interests beyond the confines of the academic curriculum. With a diverse range of 35 clubs spanning career interests, sports, and cultural and professional domains. 

The University events and engagements are conducted by three verticals of Garden City University, namely NSS, NCC, and Academic departments, in collaboration or independently.

The University has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
