The university has a total of 10 boys' hostels. The hostels have an accommodation capacity of more than 2000 students. Every hostel has a telephone, indoor games facilities, water purifiers, etc.

GIET University has 8 girls' hostels for the accommodation of students. A total of 600 students can be accommodated in girls' hostels. All basic facilities are available at girls' hostels. Each hostel is managed by a warden.

The university has a dispensary to provide medical aid to students. The dispensary has an MBBS doctor and homeopathic doctors available 24x7. For emergencies, two ambulances are present on campus.

The University's well-equipped gym is present on campus. The gym has an instructor that provides guidance to students and keeps them fit throughout the year. Modern equipment like an elliptical cross trainer, glide, spin bike, stair climber, etc. is available at the campus.

GIET University's central library is fully air-conditioned and has a reading hall with a seating capacity of 500. The library is open 24x7 hours. A large and updated collection of books, journals, magazines, research papers, etc. is available in the library. Further, digital resources are also present in the library for students to use.

The university has indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Students can play sports such as football, cricket, basketball, table tennis etc. at the campus. GIET University conducts numerous sports tournaments on campus. Further, the university sports teams participate in tournaments at regular intervals.

The University guest house of the university has 16 rooms with AC and an attached bathroom. Wifi is also available in the guest house. The university charges a nominal fee for a stay at a guest house.

The University varsity has a national standard 6-lane swimming pool. Both boys and girls can use the swimming pool at their scheduled times.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
