Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla

The Civil Hospital, Dhami, which is equipped with multiple specialities and is only around 2 kilometres from the University. The University's inhabitants have 24/7 access to ambulance services from the hospital to handle any emergency crisis.

Although the Himachal Pradesh National Law University Shimla library has Books, commentaries, reports, treatises, commentaries, academic journals, proceedings, legislative & constitutional material, treaties, encyclopaedia, and digests are all part of the library's holdings. The Library is well-equipped with a desktop, printers, and scanners to support modern e-learning processes.

The university aims to provide high-class sports facilities and in this regard, the land has been dedicated to developing courts and a state-of-the-art gymnasium on the University Campus which is under construction. Currently, students can avail the gym and other HPNLU Shimla sports facilities which the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy, Ghandal provides.

Excellent IT infrastructure is available at the HPNLU Shimla for its students.

The HPNLU Shimla transport includes a Toyota Etios and an Innova car. For the student's activities, including court appearances, clinics, and Legal Aid Programmes, a bus has been rented. HRTC bus services provide excellent access to the University.

UCO Bank, located at a distance of about 2kms caters to the needs of the students and the staff. Students can open their bank accounts with UCO Bank.

The HPNLU Shimla girls' hostel is fully located in the Hostel of the present Judicial Academy with all modern amenities fitted therein.

To house boys from various states, two boys' hostels next to the current judicial academy were bought on a two-year lease. Both structures are brand-new and equipped with all contemporary amenities.

The HPNLU Shimla moot court facility is available on campus for use by the university.

On campus, the university offers a well-furnished classroom facility.

The cafeteria of the Himachal Pradesh National Law University features stores. In the cafeteria, students can purchase food items and hang out with their friends. After class is complete, many students visit the cafeteria.
