The University has yet to create this facility for the learners in a desirable form. However, in the interim period, students have been encouraged to take Membership of the National Library, Kolkata. The University has also been trying to register under E-ShodhSindhu: Consortium for Higher Education Electronics so that the learners as well as the faculty may access standard Journals for advanced Studies.
