There are separate hostels for men with capacity for 240 students, with single rooms (for the senior most batches) and twin sharing rooms. The campus supports various programs, and for that, they have various laboratories and research rooms. The labs are a major part of the academic programs as it helps the students to learn their subjects with hands-on practical knowledge as well. There are various labs like a multimedia lab, language lab, microprocessor lab, computer lab, human-computer interaction lab, information security lab, bioinformatics lab, an Image processing lab, research, and development lab, etc.

The library has around 50,000 books with various multimedia and digital e-book access and online resources. There are around 50 computers for accessing digital resources along with various journals, magazines, newspapers, and subscriptions to different publications. The total seating capacity of the library is around 150.

The IIIT Allahabad campus has a plush and well-developed sports complex where various competitions and activities related to sports take place. The sports complex has a pavilion and seating arena of 500 capacity. The complex also has a tennis court, football and basketball court, squash court, athletic track among others.

There is a well-equipped gymnasium which has various pieces of equipment and facilities that can be used by the students to keep themselves fit and healthy, and there is also a personal trainer to help the students to use this equipment.

There is an on-campus medical complex that keeps open 24x7 to help the students at any time of the day. There are doctors in hospitals who can handle any type of emergency. Also, the institute has tie-ups with two IIIT Allahabad Allahabad hospitals in the city for treatments of the students.

The campus has a large auditorium that supports the seating of thousands of students and faculties under the same roof. The auditoriums are for holding various activities and events throughout the year.

The entire campus has a strong wi-fi network for the students. The hostels, mess, and even the classroom are wi-fi enabled which allows the students to keep themselves updated and digitally connected.

The campus also has a convenience store for the students to buy any type of necessity they want without having to go out. Also, the campus has an ATM which helps students to withdraw money at any time of the day.
