he institute offers accommodation facilities to students from other states in the campus. Separate rooms are given for boys and girls. Their rooms are air conditioned with WIFI connections along with TV, recreational area, laundry and security system. They are provided regular breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner meals on a timely basis.

The IIT BHU has a hostel facility which provides good and a safe hostel accommodation for the girl students.

The institute offers medical service to its students and staff to ensure their safety and cater to their emergency health issues. An ambulance for emergency cases are kept, and their expert paramedics are present in the campus.

The IIT BHU has a Gymnasium facility for the students.

The main library has subscribed some e-resources like databases, e-journal, e-books, e-standards, etc. to keep researchers up to date with the latest developments in their research field. The library has a rich collection of books on engineering, Science & technology and a little collection in the areas of humanities and social sciences. The library also has a very good collection of bound volume of old (Since 1918) and new periodicals, codes and, standards etc.

IIT BHU facilities in terms of sports include Tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, volleyball court, and many more sports facilities are offered by the institute. Gym is provided for both boys and girls to keep their health in check and stay active while academic pursuance.

The University has 100-kilometer long fiber optic backbone of Campus-wide LAN, connecting all academic and administrative buildings as well as hostels with a well-equipped Computer Centre, providing high-end computing and training facilities. The University has been provided three 1 Gbps nodes of National Knowledge Network (NKN) under NME-ICT.

The IIT BHU offers a cafeteria for students to have a break and enjoy their meal. They offer various meals and snacks for students with a range of food menus. Hostellers are provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner in their cafeteria.

UG laboratories in all the departments where most common facilities are located have been modernized. Tinkering labs have already been established in many Departments and some more are going to be in place shortly.
