IMU Chennai has a separate boys' hostel with all the necessary facilities such as a mess, cafeteria, gym, healthcare centre, and laundry facilities. IMU Chennai hostel has a capacity of 250 students.

The university has an in-house bank and ATM facilities. It allows for easy withdrawal of money whenever required.

IMU has clean and hygienic pool facilities for all the students. The university also organises various swimming competitions on campus.
