IGNTU Amarkantak facilities include two boys' hostels, named as Govind Guru Boys hostel and Sone hostel. Gobins Guru Boys hostel accommodates around 703 students, whereas in Sone hostel, the total occupancy is around 106 students. These include a common room, dining hall, sports complex, meditation room, with all well-furnished rooms.

IGNTU Amarkantak girls' hostel is named Rani Durgawati Girls' Hostel, which accommodates a huge number of students. IGNTU Girls' hostel facilities include a Gym hall, solar geysers systems, common computer rooms, Wi-Fi-enabled rooms, and common rooms with LED TVs, among others, to make students' campus life smoother.

IGNTU Amarkantak facilities include a primary health centre, which provides emergency services by a senior doctor, a lab technician, and a nurse. It offers various emergency tests and a 24/7 on-campus ambulance for urgent needs for students, faculty, and other staff members.

IGNTU Amarkantak facilities include a central library, which aims to provide support for the learning process of UG/PG/Ph.D students through the provision of information. The library provides over 25,000 books and online access to e-journals, e-books, e-newspapers, and e-magazines. The central library organises various workshops for research scholars.

IGNTU Amarkantak also facilitates sports complexes with outdoor grounds for cricket, basketball, volleyball and many other outdoor sports. IGNTU sports complex supports inter-departmental tournaments, regular events like sports fest and coaching camps, which aim to promote athletic participation across all students.

The computer centre provides 24x7 access with multiple computers, digital podiums, advanced software and internet access. IGNTU Amarkantak also includes hardware or software repair facilities and supports various seminars, video conferencing and campus-wide Wifi.
