The University has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys each with all modern facilities with boarding and other recreational facilities. The endeavor is to provide a safe and secure residential facility for boys.

Rooms are with attached washroom (except in certain dormitory rooms), bed (without mattress), table, chair, and storage unit. Both AC and non-AC rooms (sharing basis) are available (as opted). Wi-Fi for internet connectivity is available for scheduled timing for academic purposes only and is subject to conditions.

Students in accommodation facilities are permitted to keep certain electrical devices like electrical irons, laptops, mobile chargers, hair trimmers, and hairdryers. Extra electricity bills due to the usage of these electrical items will be borne by the occupants of that room.

The University has established its health clinic to provide medical facilities for students and staff.

The University provides basic medical care through its Health Clinic for its students/staff catering to first aid and minor ailments. At the campus, there is a facility comprising 4 beds with a full-time doctor and an ambulance.

For advanced care and consultation, the University has a tie-up with a 300-bed hospital and Medical College by the name of Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS).

The University has a Library at Kalinga University Raipur is more like an integrated Knowledge Resource Centre that is stocked with large numbers of Books, Magazines, Indian and International Journals, Online Journals, and other Online Resources supporting all aspects of Studies and Research.

1. Kalinga University has 79,000+ books and is also subscribed to various National and International Journals.

2. It has a reading room capacity for 400 students that is divided into 2 halls of 200 each.

The University is also a member of several Online/Digital Libraries including the National Digital Library (NDL), Developing Library Network (DELNET), NPTEL, Manupatra (For Law Students), J-Gate (Social Science), J-Gate (Engineering and Technology), INSPEC Database by Elsevier and Web of Science. Students are given free access to these e-resources through their ERP login. 

The University has Football Fields, Volleyball, Courts, Basket Ball Courts, Gymnasium, Carrom Boards, Chess Boards, Table Tennis, Tables Hockey-cum-Handball, Field Cricket, Pitch Running, Tracks Pool Tables, Yoga Room, Throwing Circle, Badminton Court, Discuss Throw circles, Kabaddi and Kho- Kho fields, Drop Ro Ball fields, Weightlifting, and Powerlifting facilities, Woodball tracks

The University has upgraded its IT infrastructure and its associated facilities regularly to keep pace with standards up to satisfaction level. The University has upgraded all the classrooms across campus to a pleasant environment for study with ICT, High-Speed Wi-Fi, and the latest audio/video integrations.

The University has also expanded the existing internet bandwidth to 1 GBPS. The University has upgraded Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Scanners, Copiers, and Printers. The University provides its students with state-of-the-art, well-furnished computer labs, with more than 1000 computers exclusively for students; computing centers with internet-enabled computers to serve the day-to-day computing needs of students. Language labs with student consoles and language lab software along with digitalized audio and video material to develop interactive language skills are available for the students.

An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation ensures that all processes within the University are computerized and information is readily accessible to authorized users (administrators, faculty, and students).

The University has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The University has campus has a seamless Wi-Fi network with multiple ISPs which allows the students to connect to the internet anytime, anywhere. The campus is integrated with a Learning Management System to facilitate students to discuss academic topics, submit their assignments online, see their class notes, study through specially designed learning resources, and also refer to reference and digital libraries. Since the campus is Wi-Fi enabled, it allows the students to complete their assignments sitting in cafes, libraries, or any other outer spot.

The University has good networking for the alumni association.

The University has Physical workouts and exercise is good for health. The experienced and trained instructors help students to ensure a sound body and mind.

We at the campus have separate fitness centers for the hostel boys and girls. The student fitness centers are at the university campus which has treadmills, stretching machines, suspension trainers, stationary bikes, abdominal benches, cross trainers, and weight training equipment. There are certified Weight and Fitness Trainers as well.

The University has Inside the sprawling campus of Kalinga University, there are 7 cafeterias that function well to serve the students and staff members a variety of food items like fresh fruit juices, vegetarian/nonvegetarian snacks, ice creams, etc at subsidized rates till late hours.

The administration of the cafeterias is given to experienced, proficient, and committed contractors. The spacious and comfortable cafeterias feature ample seating area, a well-man-powered cafeteria, hygienic catering, and purified drinking water, and is well equipped with appliances.

The University has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The University has Transport Facility is made available for the convenience of the students and staff members residing outside the campus. This ensures their safety, travel reliability, and punctuality on campus.

The University has a Mini Market consisting of an ATM, a Stationery Shop, a Photocopy Shop, a Personal Care - Barber Shop Beauty Salon, a Snacks Shop, a Chemist Shop, etc.

The University has tied up with leading Nationalized Banks; the Central Bank of India and Canara Bank, to assist in channelizing Education Loans to willing students. Students are free to avail themselves of this facility. Within the Kalinga University campus, there are 2 fully operational 24-hour ATMs from ICICI Bank and OBC Bank. Students and faculty members can use these ATMs to access their bank accounts for cash withdrawals.

The University has The Training and Placement Department of this University provides guidance and assistance for the students in order to achieve their career goals. The Department takes the right steps in identifying the demands of the current industry and prepares our students for this need.

The University has a Moot Court hall for the conduction of its intra and inter Moot Court activities. The Faculty shares a well-equipped Legal Aid Cell where the students undergo training by handling practical case studies from society and taking up the cases in innovative ways.
