KSOU college has a well-furnished hostel for girls which holds a capacity of 56 students at a time. Two students can easily stay in each room with a mere rent of Rs 50/- per person (and Rs 250 as a refundable security deposit per person). If a student is found to be staying in a room without a legitimate invoice then they will be charged a penalty. Students must maintain proper discipline inside the KSOU campus.

The rent is the same for the boys as well being Rs 50/- per student for a day(and a refundable security deposit of Rs 250 per student). Damage to the KSOU infrastructure will not be taken lightly and the institution will take strict action. The rooms are granted on the “first come-first served” basis with no room for preferential accommodation.
