A well stocked library is present at the MIU Malaysia college with a wide range of books, references, magazines, journals, e-magazines, e-newspapers, newspapers, 20 computers, and more.

The institute caters to the sports and fitness activities of the students with a sports complex, which is about a kilometre away from the MIU college campus and includes a gymnasium, a badminton court, a bowling alley and karaoke centre as well. The institute also conducts yoga classes, swimming lessons, and other outdoor sports activities.

MIU infrastructure consists of multiple laboratories and workshops related to the disciplines for practical and visual learning of the students and provide them with experience. 

The students at the MIU college are provided limited personal accident insurance in case of any mishap. And if an emergency was to arise, there is a medical clinic to provide students with the needed medical attention.
