The University has a library facility for all students. The Library of the Manipur University of Culture came into existence on 1st October 2016. The library has a collection of 2250 printed books, 500 Photocopies of rare collections of books, and 2500 digitized books. It subscribes to more than 5 local newspapers, 2 leading national newspapers, and various numbers of newsletters and periodicals in the field of performing arts and the rich cultural heritage of Manipur.
