MAHER Chennai provides a well-furnished hostel for boys and the hostel is located inside the college campus for easy access to college and hospital facilities with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, safety and security facilities for the students. Hostel has an inhouse mess to take care of the needs of students and staff members by providing them breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. The mess area is huge and clean with a dining area for students and faculty.

MAHER Chennai offers well-stocked hostels for girls as well, which are situated inside the institute campus making college and hospital facilities easily accessible. MAHER Chennai only has one hostel for boys but it has four hostels for girls and a quarters for PG students. Girls hostels also get the same safety, security and mess facilities as boys hostels. 

The library is built on the first floor of the admin block with an area of 8000 sq.ft. A total of 10,814 books are present in the library and the institute has subscriptions of 49 international journals and 35 national journals, and back volumes of 77 journals. The library is widely known as “Knowledge Research Centre'' and it is an independent three-storeyed building with an area of 1393 sq.mts. The library is proficiently structured, Air conditioned, with fire alarms. It has 250 seats in the main reading hall, a room for faculties with 50 seats, a room for PG students with about 30 seats, all on ground floor. Apart from these 330 seats, there are 250 seats on the first floor for the users to read their own books and there are faculty rooms, E-Library arena, and scanning & photocopying facilities available as well.

MAHER Chennai has huge multi functional sports grounds for activities like cricket, football. The institute also has separate courts for basketball, volleyball and throwball and sports facilities for track and field athletics are present in the campus for organising competitions and sports events. Badminton, table tennis, carrom, chess, and many other indoor games facilities are available as well. There are physical trainers and supervisors to provide guidance to the students and also for yoga.

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The auditorium can be located on the second floor of the administrative block houses. It is proficiently structured with latest audio visual equipment, air conditioning, theatre with Dolby stereo surround system. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 2,400 viewers and it is built on an area of 41,500 square feets. It is a multipurpose auditorium and many events, seminars and functions are organised at the auditorium 

MAHER Chennai is sharing campus with its hospital and the hospital facilities are available to students as well. MADCH, Maduravoyal MAHER campus also has a well equipped dental clinic which is utilised to do dental and screening. It also has a dental van with 2 well equipped dental chairs to allow the provision of comprehensive patient care in case of outreach programmes.

MAHER Chennai has smart classrooms that are used to conduct seminars, lectures, project reviews and other curricular activities.

The institute has a computer lab where students of B.Com, B.B.A., B.C.A. are allowed to come with a lab coat. The computer lab provides the tools and technologies to produce websites, edit papers, complete class assignments etc. Students are offered a variety of graphics and website creation software in the computer lab.
