NPSEI Pithoragarh provides basic medical facilities to have access to first aid and common healthcare services. Students can take rest at the medical room when they are sick.

A separate hostel for the girls is provided by the college where several facilities are available. Wardens and security officials are provided to maintain the safety of the students. Recreational and mess facilities are also available at the hostel.
