NRCM has a separate hostel exclusively for women, accommodating more than 150 students. The hostel has shuttle courts, table tennis, and a canteen to facilitate the students. The hostel is equipped with a kitchen to provide food in a protected and hygienic environment, along with dining halls, which can accommodate more than 150 students at a time.

The college provided regular and emergency treatment to the patients around the clock. The Health Centre offers free medical treatment to students and staff. Staff and students receive only outpatient treatment at this centre. The doctor is available at all times.

NRCM has a gym facility for the students. The college provides gym tools and equipment to students for maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

The college has a central library with over 29,699 volumes of text/reference/handbooks. The library subscribes to more than 97 national journals and also has a large number of e-resources in the form of DVDs and CDs, apart from reports/theses/dissertations. Library operations are fully automated. The library also provides suitable reprographic facilities to students and teachers. NRCM has sports playing an important role in the physical development of the students. Specially trained coaches render systematic training in athletics, volleyball, basketball, football, hockey, cricket, and others.

The college Computer Centre houses powerful servers, which provide a computational environment comprising multiple operating systems – Microsoft Windows, Unix & Linux – and can be accessed from any of the nodes attached to the servers across the campus.

The college cafeterias cater refreshments and edibles to the students, hostellers, and staff, respectively. The whole ambience of the cafeterias is so soothing and delightful that it tempts you to come here again and again. The cafeteria has a separate hall area for the staff.

The campus has a mini auditorium with a good seating facility. The students and members can organise different events in the auditorium. 

The college provides 6 buses for the transport of students and staff members. The college buses cover most of the parts of Hyderabad's twin city.
