The college has a library that plays an important role in Technical Education. NIPC Library has been functioning since its inception in 1984. Every year new books are purchased from bookstores. The books are arranged in subject-wise order on the racks for identification. The Library functions on all working days. Pin-drop silence is maintained in the Library. The copies of Project Reports submitted by the students are kept in the library for the purpose of reference by the final-year students. Question papers for all Board exams are also maintained in the Library for the students' reference.

The Principal orders books after being recommended by the Heads of various Departments, as required by the staff handling different subjects. Orders are placed through an order form with the concerned publishers. The bills are cleared only through the Banks, after receipt and verification of books.
