The college has a separate boys' hostel with 200 beds each. The hostels have independent dining areas. Proper staff and security arrangements are in place and the safety of students is ensured. All have requisite study tables, storage units, and beds with adequate furnishings.

The college has a Gym facility for the students. Exercise is highly encouraged at OIMT. It is the only college in the Bundelkhand region that has a modern, well-equipped, and fully functional gym.

The Library houses over 25,000 books. A large number of reference books are available for each branch of engineering, as well as in areas of general interest - personality development, soft skills, encyclopedias, a variety of newspapers, employment papers, magazines, national & international research journals, etc.

The college has sports facilities for all students. Students are encouraged to take part in indoor and outdoor sports activities and participate in intercollegiate sports competitions and youth festivals with the support of the college and under the training of a skilled Sports Officer. The college campus has playgrounds for football, cricket, hockey, basketball, volleyball, indoor badminton, and TT courts.

The college has an Air-conditioned computer center that has two labs of 45 latest branded computers each with TFT Monitors and licensed software. All computers have internet connections.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. Used to conduct seminars, conferences, assemblies, meetings, exhibitions, and other cultural activities. The auditorium is equipped with facilities like the LeD projector and a public address system. Another 5000 sq. ft., fully air-conditioned auditorium is also under construction.

College provides conveyance facilities to its students from and to multiple points in the city at their request through service providers and College’s own bus facilities.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college has 60 spacious and fully equipped (hardware and software) labs that are used to train students in – Applied Mechanics, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Sciences, Electronics, and Communication.

OIMT houses over 30 airy and spacious classrooms with a seating capacity of 60 to 100 students, small-sized classrooms for PG courses, 6 tutorial rooms, and 6 seminar halls are also there.
