The College library of PSGC is located in the heart of the institution and therefore is easily accessible to the departments, classrooms, and hostels. The Library occupies a total area of about 4141 sq. ft. It can accommodate 60 users at a time. The books both technical and general, journals, magazines, and their back volumes, and DVDs are available for the use of faculty and students of the institute. PSGC Library also subscribes to 31 National, 16 International, and 2 Online reputed journals and Magazines. The library Facility is open to all students and faculty members and is continuously updated with the latest books and journals. The Institute always strives to provide the latest and best collection of books, journals, online sources, dissertations, etc to the students for coursework and research.

The college has developed a good infrastructure for both outdoor and indoor games like Soccer, Badminton, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Athletics Billiards, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, and Billiards.

The college has a central canteen, two mini canteens, and a cafeteria within its premises, in close proximity to both academic blocks and the hostels. This helps provide easy access to the eating areas from all the building blocks. The cafeteria serves tea and snacks whereas the large mess halls are equipped to serve lunch and dinner for all students between scheduled timings. Apart from the main canteens, the campus also has a Verka, serving a whole range of bread and other confectionary items.

The college Transport facility is available on a payment basis, to students and employees from all major destinations in Patna city and adjoining areas. The service is outsourced to a professional service provider and is controlled by the administrative department of the college.
