The college has a Health Centre that is well equipped. It has a separate inpatient facility for male and female students. The health center provides quality health care in a comfortable and confidential environment. The center has 3 beds and an adequately supplied medicine cabinet. The health center is manned by a medical officer and a healthcare assistant to provide excellent medical care to all the students, staff, and faculty at no cost. The Medical Officer Dr. Manigandan, M.B.B.S., from the Karakoram, manages the various aspects of the facility. She provides quality health care to everyone, evaluates the quality of services, maintains the overall efficiency of the center, and decides the procedures to be followed in case of an emergency. In the future, we look forward to expanding and bringing in high-tech medical equipment to serve better the students of the college.

The college has the library facility has got a breathtaking library. Thousands of books related to Science and Humanities, Engineering & Technology and Management areas, National and International Journals, a large number of magazines are the main highlights of the library. The library (4940 sq ft) is fully automated and provided with a high-speed internet connection (8 Mbps) with numerous terminals thereby assisting the faculty and students to acquire knowledge through the web. The library is modern, computerized, and well stocked with current books and periodicals, management videos, CDs, and other learning resources. Students can also use this room for quiet self-study. In addition, PTLee students have access to an exhaustive e-library permitting access to leading journals engineering, and business magazines. The library is the soul of an educational institution. The Engineering and Management College Library has been an integral part of academic endeavor in college. The central library has around 5964 Titles and 23302 Volumes covering all disciplines of engineering, technology, science and humanities, and management. The collection in the library comprises printed documents such as books, reports & Manuals. Central Library subscribes to 118 National and International Journals and 35 Magazines and 9 News Papers. In addition to that Separate departmental libraries have been set up for the faculty as well as the students in each department. 

The college aims at the holistic development of each student and the sports club activities have an important role in this. The Sports Activities for both boys and girls are conducted regularly inside the college campus. Students Excelled in Intra  Inter-Collegiate sports events conducted by various colleges and by the university.
