The college has state-of-the-art air-conditioned lecture rooms that are designed to accommodate a large number of students. Along with traditional methodology, the Institute emphasizes the innovative, unique, and interactive mode of teaching. All kinds of teaching aids, such as LCD projectors, OHPs, and other audio/video projectors, are used for better understanding among students. Apart from the lecture rooms, all the departments have seminar/demonstration rooms with audio-visual aids.

Basic furniture is provided, but students are expected to bring their mattresses, pillows, bed linen, and other items of personal use. The hostel mess serves hygienic and nutritious food in a spacious dining hall. Round-the-clock security services ensure adequate safety for the inmates of the hostels. There is a dedicated committee consisting of wardens and assistant wardens — headed by the principal — to oversee hostel facilities, maintenance of discipline, and address the problems of the hostel inmates, if any.

Topics of various subjects have also been covered in CD-ROMs for the benefit of the students.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has outdoor as well as indoor games and sports such as football, cricket, tennis, volleyball, badminton, etc. The Institute has a well-equipped air-conditioned Gymnasium for students with a qualified physical trainer. Various sports competitions are conducted annually. The Institute has a sophisticated health club and outdoor and indoor games facilities to keep the students physically fit. Students can indulge in outdoor games such as football, basketball, cricket, hockey, etc., and indoor games like badminton, table tennis, chess, etc. The Institute has a well-equipped air-conditioned Gymnasium for students with a qualified physical trainer.

The college has an Outpatient Department (OPD) which functions every day. The OPD caters to the healthcare needs of all the students, faculty, staff, and the population of the RHTC field practice area. This has facilities for patient examination, conducting minor surgical procedures, and basic laboratory investigations. The diagnosis and treatment of patients, including distribution of drugs, is free.

The cafeteria provides delicious and hygienic food at reasonable rates. Along with these, eatables such as ice creams, cold drinks, food packets, etc are available.
