The College face is the index of a person, so is the library for a college. The Srimathi Padmavathi Memorial Central Library has been built to International Standards with an area of 1250 sq m. and now has a collection of 34895 Volumes of books on a variety of subjects. Specialized collections of Books, Journals, and Non-Book Materials are available in Basic Sciences and Humanities, Computer Science, Electronics, Commerce, Life Sciences, Psychology, English and other Languages, Business Administration, and Social Sciences, and some of which are rare and invaluable.

The College's full-fledged Centre for Sports and Wellness is established for the students to get motivated with sportsman spirit. Exclusive playfields exist for a plethora of games such as Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, and Kabaddi.

The College Yummy Tummy, a hygienic and well-spacious Cafeteria with a seating capacity of 450, nullsituated in the wards to provide a holistic learning experience. Enormous care is taken to provide the best facilities to those who reside on the campus. Each hostel is managed under the supervision of the Chief Warden and Deputy Warden, along with the assistance of Managers and Supervisors. The college hostel is guarded by 24/7 security services. Acute CCTV surveillance is provided to guarantee high security in the hostel premises. We make absolute efforts to make our residents feel “At Home'' during their stay.

The College has 10 hostels (3 for girls) situated in the wards to provide a holistic learning experience. Enormous care is taken to provide the best facilities to those who reside on the campus. The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The College's entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The Internet connection is distributed across the college through Wi-Fi networks. The coverage of Wi-Fi is not restricted to classrooms, and it extends to all areas, including libraries, conference halls, cafeterias, and hostels. Eventually, it enables RVSCAS to switch over to innovative and modern teaching and learning methodologies. The Wi-Fi system has been functioning with 200 Mbps (1:1) leased line connectivity provided by Airtel. As Wi-Fi security is an area of concern, the internet is secured with a firewall, and web access is monitored by the CISCO ASA 5505 Server.

The college has a health care center with a first facility for the students.
